Dry Aging Room



Our Dry-Aged beef is stored in a custom built Dry-Aged cooler. The extra time and care put into aging our beef ensures customers the end result is an exceptionally flavorful and tender cut of beef.



The process of Dry-Aged beef incorporates a very controlled balance of temperature, air circulation and humidity. Within time the beef ages openly inside the Dry-Aged cooler, allowing the beef enzymes to break down and become very tender.



We start with the highest quality hand-selected cuts of beef, than carefully regulate the Dry-Aged process guaranteeing customers are provided with the finest cut of Dry-Aged beef.
