Our primary veal supplier is Provimi Veal.
Provimi Wisconsin raised veal is available as a purely milk-fed (white) meat or free range (pink in color), natural veal, which is both milk fed and pasture raised.

Sonoma Direct Veal, predominately Hereford breed, is raised naturally in Central Valley California pastures. This pasture raised veal ranges in color between rose and red and is much more flavorful than formula or milk fed calf.
